For orders placed after 5:00 PM PST on Fridays or during the weekend, rest assured that we will prioritize their processing first thing on the following Monday—though specific processing times may vary depending on current order volume and any holidays that may affect operations. Our team is dedicated to providing fast, reliable service to ensure your package begins its journey to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Options
Free Standard Shipping:
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of being placed. Delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days from the time the order is placed.
Expedited Shipping:
We do not currently offer expedited shipping services.
For orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, we utilize USPS services; USPS will deliver your package to your local post office.

Order Modifications/Cancellations:
You have the flexibility to modify or cancel your order up until 10:00 AM PST on the day following your order placement.
To ensure a smooth transaction, please carefully review and verify all shipping details before finalizing your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email containing your order details within 10 to 15 minutes of placing your order.
If you need to cancel your order, or if you notice any errors in the information provided in your confirmation email, please contact us immediately at support@fafafrog.us. Please provide your order number or the email address used to place the order, along with the correct order information.
Please note that once you have received a shipping notification (indicating that a shipping label has been generated), we are no longer able to make any modifications to or cancel your order. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder to ensure you do not miss any shipping notifications. Delivery Guarantee:
We commit to completing delivery within the specified timeframe; however, please be advised that delivery delays may occur due to force majeure factors beyond our control. Please note specifically that in the event of such delays, shipping fees, handling charges, and any applicable customs duties or taxes are non-refundable. Factors causing delays may include: severe weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, public holidays, carrier service disruptions, as well as delays caused by customs or local government authorities.
Refusal of Packages:
If your package is refused or returned to us (typically marked as “Return to Sender”), you will be responsible for the associated return shipping costs. Furthermore, refusing a package may incur additional fees; once the package has been successfully returned to our warehouse, these additional fees will be deducted from your eligible refund amount.
We kindly request that you do not refuse the package directly upon delivery, nor return the package with “Refused” as the stated reason. Should a refusal occur, USPS will charge a fee of $12 per package; regrettably, this fee will ultimately be borne by you.
