Our return policy offers a 60-day money-back guarantee, designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Once you have contacted us, you will receive further instructions on how to obtain a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) number.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned to us without a prior return request and authorization.

Receiving Your Refund:
Once we receive your returned item, we will process it within 7 to 10 business days and issue a refund to your original method of payment. After the refund has been processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account (which may take up to 30 days) will depend on the processing speed of your bank or credit card issuer.

Refusing a Package
If your package is refused upon delivery or returned to us (typically marked as “Return to Sender”), you will be responsible for the associated return shipping costs.

Additionally, refusing a package may incur extra fees; these fees will be deducted from your eligible refund once the package has been successfully returned to our warehouse.

We kindly ask that you do not refuse your package when it is delivered. The United States Postal Service (USPS) charges us additional fees for any refused packages, and unfortunately, we must pass these costs on to you. Non-Refundable Items
Items marked as “non-refundable” include gift cards and custom-made products. Additionally, shipping fees paid at checkout and any donations made (which may appear as “Tips”) are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
To ensure you receive your desired items as quickly as possible, we recommend that you first return the item you currently possess. Once your return request has been approved, you may place a separate order to purchase the new item.

If You Receive a Damaged Package or Item:
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or initiate the return and refund process.

Missing Packages/Items:
If you discover that any items are missing from your order, please contact us by emailing support@fafafrog.us within 5 days of receiving your package.

If you notice any signs that the package has been opened or tampered with, we also recommend that you simultaneously file a claim with the carrier (shipping company).

Please be sure to carefully check the packing slip included inside the package; this document lists all the items included in your order.

If you confirm that items are missing when contacting us, please provide photographs of the following as proof: the packing slip, a full view of all contents inside the package, and the shipping label affixed to the package.

Any suspected missing items must be reported to us immediately. If more than 5 days have passed since the order was signed for (delivered) and we have not yet received the aforementioned proof from you, we will deem the order to have been received in full, exactly as recorded in our system; in such cases, we regret that we will be unable to offer you any form of compensation.

Returnable vs. Non-Returnable Item Categories:
Certain types of items are not eligible for return—such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty and skincare items). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Order Cancellation Policy:
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to process cancellations or make any modifications to the order details.
Note: No restocking fees are charged for returned items.
